Description

An Exploding Bridgewire (EBW) Detonator is used to initiate a secondary explosive charge when a high voltage/ high current pulse is applied across a metallic bridgewire. While similar in construction to the more standard HBW detonator, EBW detonators utilize all secondary explosives to ensure safety and virtually eliminate the possibility for inadvertent initiation.
